A managing partner at my firm recently gave me a copy of the book "Passport to Partnership: The Seven C's."

For context, I've been with my firm for several years and have been learning more about the partnership track. Over the last couple of years, I've had the opportunity to attend the monthly partner meetings (though not the portions covering financials).

I'm curious if anyone in this community has read the book. If you have, what were your thoughts on its advice?

Is it bad to be over-utilized? I just did the math and I could charge zero hours this week and take a 3 week vacation after and still be 100% utilized? Is that abnormal?
