A mistake is a mistake. I’ve been making constant mistakes at work some small some not so small the attorneys had been extremely gracious about it. But until when will they not be. I’m just scared.

BIA Briefs: I’m an associate at an immigration law firm. I determined that immigration isn’t for me So I gave the managing partner my 2 weeks. He wants me to wrap up some BIA briefs before I leave however I’m reviewing the record for a lot these and I’m seeing that a lot of the arguments for Asylum, Withhold, and CAT are incomplete. I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours.
