A recruiter keeps sending me new job alerts after I told them that I will not be applying to any places in the near future. If I do in fact apply for a job 3 months down the road and it turns out it was one of the positions that the recruiter sent me, would the recruiter come after me/the firm for fees? I also don’t think I’m senior enough to even work with a recruiter.

No. You don't have a binding relationship with them. You didn't use them for anything. They can't force you to work with them.

Just had a hearing on my motion to compel where OC told the judge we hadn’t conferred before filing the motion. Not only did I attempt to confer on 3 separate dates, I attached the emails and his response that he refused to confer to my motion. Judge didn’t care, as soon as she heard him say we hadn’t conferred she denied the motion. Not asking a question, just needed to vent.
