How feasible to change role at Visa inc
I gave 4 rounds of interview for Manager 1 but the final decision was that I am unable to raise the bar. The recruitment coordinator asked me if he can keep my details or share my details to his colleagues so that they can check if I fit in some other role in future. Any idea about the cool off period?Amazon

You can double your salary if you leave. There are a jobs out there for good admins. and office managers.
It’s hard to imagine another way after 8 years, but take the leap. Good Luck!
I was in a similar situation , years of added responsibilities and requests for a salary increase was ignored,, among others. this was a tough decision yet, I have move on , best decision I have made.
I would have loved to see the expression on your boss's face once you handed him your 2 weeks notice.
Companies always pay the new hires more. They know what you make so they give you some extra pennies and want you to be appreciative. That’s why promoting from within isn’t always it. They won’t pay you the market rate just increase your current salary a little bit.
I want service please help me
Waaay under paid and taken advantage of. 65k min. 70k is fair for the broad scope of your work.
Hi investors
It is not uncommon. Time to speed up looking for a new job.
Time to move on.
Red flag. Time to find a new role!
Retention budget is typically less than the hiring budget. Make it make sense but there it is. Leavin' your comfort zone sucks but it sounds like that's becoming your only option for mo' $$
I had some potential sales as an analyst due to networking. I kept them in my back-pocket because I didn't trust the company. Now I can use them to get a new job.
So how did you make out. You are probably the most important person in the company. If you have been content with your salary, he probably knows you aren't going anywhere. I've worked for bosses who have given me random raises because they realized that it wouldn't be easy to replace me. I've also had to put in a resignation and show them .y job offer. My boss begged me to stay and gave me more PTO, a higher salary and a higher position. If I'm happy somewhere? I don't usually actively look for a better paying job. Most people don't Ike change. I found out everyone I was trying was making more than me. They raise the new hires salaries yearly but when they do annual reviews they only give you under a dollar if it is good. So I would always be behind unless I spoke up. I am curious what you decided to do and what the outcome was. You should at least regularly look at the going salary for your position and make sure your boss appreciates your loyalty and commitment. It is hard to find a reliable employee that has the employers best interest at heart. I hope you got what you deserve.
