Accenture Anyone taken P4 Expert(or P5) assessment which is proctored? Please share your experience on the same.

I am completing Noogler period this month.
I joined in January with 3-4 years of experience and Google offered me L3 Level and despite having other offers in hand, Google didn’t negotiate. And since Google was my dream company, I joined Google thinking I’ll ask for promotion in one year and do the hardwork.
Till now I wasn’t having any problem. But now it starts mentally for me. So, I referred one of my friend from my same batch of college and previous organisation. contd. in comments!

Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected.
