Accounting Advisory at MM firm vs Big 4 Audit? Which one is better opportunity?

Hello I am looking to pivot careers. I’ve worked in warehousing, shipping and logistics my entire life. I don’t have much experience else where. How do I find the right move to make?

Currently, nothing exciting about my job at Big 4 so, would like to give myself 4-6 months before I give a shot at FAANG+M, any suggestions on what key skills I should focus on and tips for interview prep? Open to learn any new skill (hard or soft) that can improve my chance at faang. All suggestions that help me plan and execute this journey are welcome.

Currently creating spend analysis and doing vendor onboarding work for my company. It’s becoming a little mundane after 3-4 years. Would love some insight on how you went from an HR assistant/coordinator to an HR Generalist. I’ve been in the HR world for 8 years, and only in the last 2-3 have I really done real HR work. The first company I was at didn’t have a solid HR team so I don’t really count that. I feel like I’m ready to take on more responsibility and learn more. And of course make more money.

I have looked into getting SHRM certification. But should I go back to school and get my masters in Hr?

Had a scratchy throat yesterday that has since gone, low grade fever all day today (99-99.9). Have felt off and spacey today, and had a headache which went away after taking Advil. Have an appt to get covid testing tomorrow. Test is thru my doc office and they said they’d have results within 24 hrs. Even so, I currently have severe anxiety about all of it.
