Bullshit. Are you Business analyst?
I'm pretty sure that base salaries for promotions are based on location cost of living, operating group, personal skill set, and rating.
A5 you got a 20% salary bump? Wow! Deloitte didn't even have those ranges for 1 performers lol. Curious to see what my first year increase will be like
It was when they created strategy and the senior analyst level and just moved all analysts to senior analyst so no real promotion there.

97, as a consultant?
Yeah. Started at 70 as an analyst, got a midyear "salary adjustment" to 82 during my senior analyst year, then 97 when I made consultant.
Not bad, when did you join and what geographic area?
Yeah, I really don't know how it compares to anyone else though since I don't ask my coworkers lol. I joined in late 2013 in Texas.
So I know base for fall of 2014 starters straight out of college was standard at $72k or $73,400, depending on if you started before or after the new fiscal year, sounds like base for promotions after that are based on location, correct?
95 here. Chicago
Curious to see my increase as well
I make 84k as a first year mc consultant. Got a sig above this past year and was promoted.
Accenture 5 - that doesn't sound right, or I was really ripped off (and al my friends too).

Joined at 80 in 2013. promoted after 2 years to 100k
ACN7 - that's just what I was told. I do know that if your practice does well financially, pay raises and bonuses are bigger. I know people who didn't get raises at all though. All I can think of is that I got above and sig above ratings and they got consistent with. Maybe I just got lucky, but those are my numbers.
