Maybe by letting them know some of your small struggles (casually) will put the idea that others are also struggling on their radar.
I'm sure your principal knows teachers are in need of support. Maybe their focus are on other things right now. By gently reminding them that their teachers need help may get shine a light on the issue.

Our principal welcomes anonymous notes in her mailbox. Then, she will address the questions at staff meetings. It gives us time to cool down about heated topics, and her time to come up with a response.
