Advanced analytics manager position comp range at PWC? I’m at $120k base rn as a C at Accenture

Got hired in March (experienced hire). Because of my hiring date I was not part of this year's round tables. Should I expect a raise in base salary and a bonus, albeit on the very small side?

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
