Guys in PF claim, have this happened to you!?
I had made a request for full PF claim from my previous company Capgemini .. it’s been 12+ days Status is - Sent to On field and under process
But for some reason for 1 month, Junes PF contribution has been made Null / 0 now! It was there when I had submitted a request for it!
Now my claim request is more than Money available in my account lol! Is it by mistake?

No for real, if my team didn't like me and didn't feel like they were getting anywhere dealing directly with me, I would hope they could feel free to go to the SM and get advice. Not stab me in the back, but just chat about my style and how to effectively interface with me.
You gotta approach this professionally, set up informal feedback sessions early and ask him how you can improve your work. You say he never liked anyone, but I'm sure he hasn't always given everyone he worked with shit evaluations. Probably just one of those people who come across as more critical/cold/impersonable than others. I'm sure he'll be reasonable though
