Would anyone mind sharing email of business strategy operations recruiter for FB or Google?
My issue isn’t the interview process, I have interviewed and got an offer from google back in 2013 (different team), the issue is getting to a phone screen and actually talking to a recruiter rather than getting an automatic rejection. I have also reached out to bcg alumnae for same. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I moved to BizOps from ACN about two years ago. Feedback is mostly positive - what you read about Google is largely true (the leakers see to that 😉).
Advice re: interviewing is to articulate everything running through your mind while answering every question. The questions are so daunting that there of course isn’t a right answer or even an intention of arriving at one. They want to know how you think, and they can’t discern that if you keep quiet.
Don’t listen to these clowns
Plenty of people exit to google’s business ops and strat team as As or APCs
Facebook I’ve never seen (and I’ve seen a lot)- Microsoft also has a pretty great corp strat team that’s a fifth or so ex BCG
Just check LinkedIn
Ask for referrals from friends currently there
Here's some advice:
1) Update resume and LinkedIn profile
2) Determine your target roles and location
3) Scan job boards for current openings to validate #2
4) Connect with your network at the companies to validate your areas of interest and confirm fit
5) Apply with a referral
6) Prep for interviews
7) Crush interviews to get offer!
So bcg folks look to go to google and Facebook?

Why limit yourself to Google & FB? Salesforce? Dropbox? Lyft? Airbnb?
Had interview with Google today, moving along to meet with hiring manager next week then with the extended team after that
SC1, I applied to sales force, drop box, Lyft and Airbnb as well. I have same query for those, but google and fb are higher priorities because they hire more people.
And I like the type of work there and have more expertise for those companies
