Advice on asking for a raise in my situation > Company recently implemented a new accessibility policy. As the sole designer in my dept, I now have to take on the extra time-consuming work of creating/leading accessibility compliance for all output. Complex tagged PDFs, video captions, audio descriptions, etc. None of this work was in my original contract. Any advice on how I can advocate for a raise with the extra workload?

How often is it okay to switch organizations? I know this is entirely specific to a particular situation /circumstance but just wanted to know, how often should one change companies, without coming into scrutiny for the same?

My situation: after working with an organization for over 7 yrs, I've switched from the next one in 1.5 yrs and about to switch again after completing 1.2 yrs in my current org.
