Just got an offer from a growing private company for an FP&A analyst role. 2 YOE at Big 4 plus CPA. They offered 75K plus decent benefits. No 401K currently (told its in the works for 2021) or bonus. Its their final offer. It’s a MCOL. I like the people I’ve met but the only thing holding me back is I feel like I should be making at least 80K plus a bonus. Do y’all think the offer is reasonable? The recruiter said not many companies hire someone directly from an audit background for this role.

Got a job offer at Amazon as a L6 Senior Program Manager (remote, California). The offer: Base 150/sign on 30k 1st yr/20k 2nd yr and 32 RSUs (pre-split). Don’t know if I was way off but I thought TC for an L6 was closer to 200-250k. Thinking to counter 170 or 180 base, 40k 1st year sign on. Context- Current base is >150k, and I get yearly bonuses 15-25k. I’d also be losing unlimited PTO and ~25k in unvested 401k matching if I leave. Any help or thoughts on countering appreciated!
