Getting an offer to do change management at a credit asset manager making ($200k+). But am also looking at M&A teams because I’d like the pace and a switch to learning a new skill. Advice?

Only do M&A if you like continual fire drills, PMO work masquerading as strategy and lots of late nights. Change management all the way!
