Advice plz! I was offered an L4 non-tech Denver role at Google. I gave a number of 250 TC & said a sign-on bonus was important. Recruiter sent it to Comp & I went on vaca. When I came back, I saw a chat that the 1st number came in at 215 TC (no breakdown given) & she requested a revision & believed 235 was the best & final amount. I had no say in the revision. A few hours later, she got the “best & final offer” & we have a meeting tomorrow to discuss. What should my approach be?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?
