I’m a final year Computer Science student based in Jaipur trying to land a tech internship.

So far I’ve tried:
• Cold outreach on LinkedIn
• Applying through company career pages
• Platforms like Wellfound, LinkedIn Jobs, SimplyHired
• Sharing my GitHub projects and portfolio
• Following up with recruiters

Despite all this, I still haven’t been able to land an opportunity.

Would really appreciate any advice on what else I should be doing or improving

3L with mostly A’s and B’s. I am having the worst luck trying to find work for after school and my experience working with lawyers has left me completely dejected. I cannot get an interview to save my life. I was so excited to get an externship summer after 2L with a small business and IP firm only to get yelled at on the phone a few times for not doing an assignment correctly. Mind you, I was working FOR FREE as it was a school connected externship. That made me never want to work in the law.

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions. How bad is it for me to accept and then decline if I get another offer? The other companies would be paying 15-30k more and I feel like that's way too much to give up especially right out of school. I emailed the other companies I'm interviewing with to see if the process could be expedited and (1/2)

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. For 2 positions (Core AMS- Staff & GDS.SaT_VME_BVals_Analyst) it's showing "we'd like to progress you to the next step in our recruiting process" since July 1st. It's been 10 days, but no update/email/phone calls. Can somebody help?
