I went through something similar, but the guilt faded quickly once I realized how much better I felt in a place that aligned with who I am now. It’s okay to outgrow roles, companies, even people. Give yourself credit for staying as long as you did!
It depends on where the guilt is coming from. If the company is bringing it to you. It will fade quickly once in your new role.

I wrote everything down that was bugging me, making me feel guilty or even concerned about moving on. You might see a theme.
Let the document sit for a day or two and then come back to it like it was a direct report or a mentee. What would you respond to them?
