After about a half decade of observing big corporations switch to Figma instead of Sketch+InVision+Zeppelin+Anima, I can confidently say corporations aren’t seeing much time saved. I actually think Figma is wasting more time versus Sketch. Because now everyone and their mother is poking around work files and junior designers now have a disproportionate influence on how work is presented to senior leadership

When they say utilization doesn't count for the month of May/June what exactly does that entail? I'm assuming being on the bench for those months will still show on personal utilization reports...

Any recommendations on books to get up to speed on leading/managing teams as a new manager in consulting? Preference towards tangible case studies etc. vs. high level concepts.

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
