After discussing with HR over call he shared the pay structure via mail one to one and I told him that I will get back after checking. Then I called and he didnt pick and finally I sent him mail with all the doubts and told to increase little.

5 days passed, no reply on mail or call.
Shall I assume they are not considering me ? At least they should inform as we work hard for it and we should get some response.

Any advice?
