after first week of joining I got into a project and after one month project ended. All the resources were in common pool. I got into another project on loan basis but things are not as expected team culture and member are toxic not supporting and it’s impacting my personal life and health. Manager scoulds for no reason. Gives warning that he’ll put me in PIP. The team talks in local language in telgu while I am from UP and its not possible to understand. Can anyone help me in this what I can do

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
