After how much time can ex-optum employee reapply in optum and get considered for interview?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I have an interview coming up at the end if the week for a process chemist position. The company site is a bit bare since it's a new company. What would be the best way to prepare? What types of interview questions do you feel almost always come up and tips on answering them?

Hello anyone reading this! I wanted to ask for any realistic, recommended job positions from someone with more knowledge and experience. I am graduating this December with my BBA and am ready to leave the job I’m in now. I’ve been applying for a range of positions I qualify for and nothing so far, which I expected. I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? Should I clear some Interviews? Also how much would the salary increment be? On par with regular hiring? Any minimum time limit of being in AWF before FTE conversion?

Manager was fine with my profile in 2nd round and he said he will move to next client round. HR mailed me next day like like the client band is less and working on it.

Yesterday the HR replied that they can't match my expectation and thanks for applying.

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
