Morning all. I am looking for a favour/solid advice. I've been in the interview process for a dream role over the past month or so and just found out I didn't get the job after final round 🙃.

Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened during the past year searching. Looking for a SC level role within healthcare/public sector consulting firm. I know the job scene is a bit miserable currently but if anyone in the bowl is aware of a role I would love to have a chat.

Hi fishes, I have recently attended an interview with Accenture India Accenture couple of days back and can see the candidature status is on hold after my 1st round of interview. Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I have “unlimited vacation” at my firm. How much vacation/PTO is given at big law firms that don’t have unlimited?

I am an m&a junior at a firm that is generally considered a lifestyle firm (pay below market but target hours are lower unless pushing for partner). Over the pandemic period, we have had so many senior associates and paralegals leave that there is no one to ask questions to and I’m doing paralegal work (we are all in survival mode). I’m not convinced the partners in my team (who are aware of the problem but cannot convince management) can recruit people to replace given we pay below market.

Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me

Can anyone help me how much time this takes ? Most of the times no HR is replying to my mails and calls not answering

My joining is in 28th December, I have not received any email like Pre-joining session email or Joining date confirmation email, neither anyone called me for delay joining. Am I only one in the situation? When I can expect anything from tcs?.

With my new offer, if I ask TCS to match the offer to 25L. Will they agree?
