Agency management should be more concerned about their collective failures where their only solution in an industry seems to be merging and laying off midlevel people versus actually leading their companies forward with any new ideas given their experience and salary. And instead pivot to this because it'a low hanging fruit easy excuse to give them another 6 months of excessive paychecks.
But sure its totally because your teams cant setup a teams call, teams chat, use slack, zoom, hangouts, email, group chats, evercast to talk for 5 minutes without some sort of sterile physical space.

This is so up there on the creepy scale. I thought tracking badge swipes and IP addresses was disturbing enough. Why not track the work people churn out? Or (gasp) just trust and respect your employees? It's as if we are all back in middle school.
Wouldn’t that be nice? A little trust and respect? We’ve never had a problem getting the work done. And we always do a great job. There’s just no trust from the top.
