A&M folks - what is a realistic expectation for 1Y and 2Y at SA level in PEPI?

Seeing offers at 130k vs B4 which is floating around 165k. Looking at TC at B4 with bonus being around 200k. I like the work & culture a lot more at A&M but base comp concerns me. We've all seen people flexing their bonuses but I'm looking for honest level setting (older w/ family) since you'd have to hit 50% to get close. Can anyone provide a little more insight? Maybe TC & utilization? Thanks!
