Strategy& fish - i’m currently recruiting for org strategy. Ive talked to associates (in the healthcare practice) and theyve mentioned that it doesnt matter whether youre in corp strategy, org strategy, etc and that you’re pretty much pooled by industry when it comes to staffing.
Can someone confirm this? Also, what do you expect the restructuring to look like?

What’s the total offer? The total comp would make more sense to figure out than rsus.

Ballpark salary is likely to be $630k over 4 years (assuming salary between $155k-160k)
RSU as of today over the 4 years is ballpark $485k and it’s likely to end up being worth $585k.
Generally first two years include cash bonus. Excluding that you realistically have and average annual comp of $280k which with sign on bonus is likely above $300k.
If it’s less than current comp then I wouldn’t take it if thats your option.

435k in bonus
585k estimate in shares
$415k a year as an L7 is solid, I recently left but in an identical band I made $380k, so this looks like a good offer.
Shares are over 3k so you will inevitably get far fewer but if they go to $5k, you’ll obviously make a fair amount more.
You won’t make mid tier partner/md money unless you are an L8 or practice manager but WLB is way better.
What level are you at Accenture? L9,L7,L6? And what is your total comp at ACN?
