Oh wow this looks really good OP. How did you make it exactly? I am really starting to try some new recipes because I am tired of eating the same thing over and over so I may have to add this to my list. Everything I have tried so far I have actually really liked.

Looks pretty good to me? What temperature do you prefer to cook your steaks at? I get a lot of flack because I do not like a lot of pink in my steaks. 🥩

I feel like when I'm in a restaurant I ask for medium well but most people I know like it medium rare. I do know it's hard to keep steak from getting kind of chewy but when I cook things at home I have trouble with meat and always have to cut it open to check because I get nervous and undercook
