It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.

Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Stop applying to opportunities and reach out to people directly (recruiters, people at banks you’re interested in). Very personality driven business so people need to like you and you need to stand out beyond your likely non-core resume to get your foot in the door. “Above average experience” that’s outside of IB / similar roles is meaningless. Also, the sales side of IB is just becoming a senior banker - gotta put the time in in the trenches to get there
Thanks for the reply. How would you suggest I do this? Connect with various senior people on LinkedIn at backs such as JP Morgan and ask for an opportunity for work experience alongside them?
Look at it from the perspective of the person who hires you:
They have a choice between a 22-year-old new grad from UT Austin with two summer analyst gigs behind them, and you.
Picking you puts their credibility at risk. If you do well, they get a good analyst. If you fall apart, at BEST they look like an idiot to their bosses.
You need to make it obvious that hiring you is a good bet.
