Bain & Company Any advice on prepping MBB? I did apply Sep last year. I am planning to reapply again around Sep this year. I am working at Big 4 (Transaction Service) and up for promo (manager) , and a part-time MBA (Top15).

For lots of different reasons I get the impression that younger people aren’t equipped for the employer, employee relationship.

I struggle with my mental health and my biggest weaknesses is not being attentive to details and having strong interpersonal skills. Those two factors are is the reason I feel I am failing at my job. We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles.
