It can be difficult to stay positive when the people you look up to feel burnt out and unenthusiastic about their work. However, it's important to remember that you have control over your attitude and perspective.
One approach is to set clear boundaries around your work and ensure you're taking breaks and practicing self-care. You can also try to focus on the things that are within your control, such as your work and interactions with colleagues, rather than getting caught up in the negativity of others.
It's tough when you're working with managers who seem burnt out and disengaged. One thing to remember is that it's not your responsibility to fix or make them more positive.
Oh no! How are you determining they’re burnt out? Maybe they’re just busy and it’s coming off that way to you? Regardless, your focus should be on yourself and your development.
