What is a fair salary increase from AE to account supervisor in NYC (creative agency)? Any tips on negotiating salary with internal promotion/getting what you deserve?

I resigned and my last working day was last day of month .
The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
What they will do in final settlement? Will they ask me to pay separately? I have resigned and joined another organisation. Any one knows what will happen ?
