I recently moved from a big4 to another and I'm still on my probation period. I'm looking to move out to industry and need your help with the following:

1. What should I tell to the interviewer, if he asks why am I looking to move out of a firm within a month?
2. What should I tell to my existing firm? If they ask me a reason for moving out?

Is hiring going strong these days in MBB? I will be interviewing soon with Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company

Anybody hiring for data analytics positions? I just need a first round interview. I am a decent candidate, my last 5 interviews were EY, McK, EY, McK and GS (last round, 1st round, last round, 2nd round, 1st round). I have 10 months of experience and graduated with majors in cs and bus. I interned once at a big 4 acc firm and once as a software engineer.
1 caveat: I am an F1 student on OPT.

Hi Folks, I have submitted the documents in last week 8 days ago for Test automation position. But still I didn't hear for further steps of HR round. I called HR, she said my docs are under review, they will get back to me. My question is what time it takes to release the offer for Persistent. Does delaying my interview hurt my chances of getting an offer? Looking at how aggressively McKinsey is hiring, I’m afraid delaying interviews may put me at a disadvantage. On the flip side, I’m working pretty long hours at my current job so I don’t have a lot of prep time. Please advise!

What are the chances of Amazon (or FAANG in general) allowing you to apply/interview again for a position that you did not get in the past?
