I’m working a Principal TPM for a FinTech firm offering digital payments platform. I have 10+ YOE and recently got MBA. One of my focus areas in MBA was business analytics where i learnt ML and NLP using R. Now, I’ll go for PMP next and thinking to pick up Google Cloud and go down Architect route. I have used AWS in the past but don’t want to pursue it further as it has grown a lot and will take me years to learn. Also, Competition! What do you folks think? What would you recommend otherwise?

Paralegals: My firm is looking for a paralegal, and I see the job posting advertising the salary as $65-$75k, with benefits. Is this a good salary for a paralegal (Greater LA area)? A large part of my job involves building models or making reports that involve copying numbers from one document to another. Sometimes, if I get interrupted, I lose my train of thought and make mistakes in getting the right number. Nothing disastrous has happened, but I’m trying to figure out how to get better at not losing my train of thought when doing work that basically involves looking up numbers from various documents.
