Hello I just started my first job (I’m 22) and I need to set up a 401k for matching with my company. I’m really confused how this works because I want to try to hit the IRS maximum of $19,500 for Roth contributions this year. Maybe it’s too late in the year now, but it’s asking me to pick my desired contribution % per pay period, but I’m not sure how much to do because it says it’ll kick in 1-2 pay cycles and I don’t even know when the next pay check comes yet. Any tips would be great

I’m getting really discouraged by the process of finding a daycare. Currently 32w pregnant and it’s crazy to me that literally no daycare I’ve spoken to can speak to availabilities in the Spring. Confused as to when to jump from consulting. I joined a T2 consulting firm after MBA and working from 9 months but the job made me anxious and personal health took a hit. I had decided to complete a year before switching out but just got an opportunity in CEO's office of an energy company. Should I switch now or complete a year and find something else?
I'm also concerned about exits from CEO's office roles, what do they look like?
