I am Product Owner, and have an opportunity to change my Title to "Product Manager". The actual work I'm doing will not change significantly, it's just a Title change, since I've been working less and less with the scrum teams and doing more product analysis over the last year. My main goal with this is to ensure this looks good on my CV. My thought is a Product Manager role seems more senior to a product owner. Any thoughts on this and any advice on how to approach this? I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? Would it be a bad idea to say my availability changed and I can't do that time slot anymore? Or should I cancel / rebook my flight to later at night?

I work on a consulting team at a large software company. I’m a job hopper, around 2 years each at my first and second jobs and a little over a year at this job. I recently found out they’re shutting my team down. We’re not fired, but they’re transferring us to the core implementation team, which has a horrible reputation for malignancy, overworking, and isn’t at all what I was hired to do. I have a final round interview for a job I’m extremely excited for tomorrow. I have been at my current job since July (unicorn startup). I also have been on medical leave for about a month and a half due to surgery. My current job is also just not quite the right fit for me. I don’t want to get too far ahead of myself but if I get the job, I’m a little worried about how it would come across to my current one. This isn’t a place I care about burning bridges too much but still it isn’t great.

I interviewed with a top big law firm last week for a Senior Project Manager role. I felt fairly good and confident post the interviews. Sadly I was not given the offer. I remember the Director mentioned that I was over qualified for the position. I’m currently a Consultant… I’m guess I’m not sure how to take the “over qualified” response. How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.
