All I have to say is congrats OP you did the right thing to lean on hard transferable skills. I was more in Big 4 regulatory risk and contracting side for my industry and the exits just aren’t as lucrative. I’d absolutely pick up hard skills and maybe a partner implementation cert and life cycle pmo work to speak to if I was A/C level again. Don’t need too in depth data analysis skills in my line of work but am studying for the AWS foundational and then may pick up an architecture track. Have you considered data engineering?
I think it’s your best shot tbh. You can definitely study for it.
