To start of there is a co share of premium for a base sum insured of 3L which comes around 1790/-

Then skipping the benefits for a second if I jump on to the claim part there is a Copay of 10-90. Employee will have to bear 10% of the claim and insurer will bear the other 90%. For dependents 20-80 Copay.

Are the benefits are good enough to consider copay and subscribe ? Please Suggest.

So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
