What makes more money IT Audit or IT GRC?

My favorite are when clients complain that we're doing new procedures we haven't done in the past and that it's somehow our fault for carrying out the PCAOBs wishes
What is your role/level? If you haven’t learnt by now the big4 is a large pyramid scheme built purely for Partners. Everyone else are pawns. Once you’ve learnt that, start to play your own game. Once you know your being stretched and won’t be listened to make yourself as valuable as possible and do one of two things. Leave and get better pay/bonus and hope you don’t get the same (but at least you’ll be on better conditions) or do something yourself via contracting.
If you stick around and moan all your impacting is yourself.
I’m M1 and nobody has ever pointed this out to me and I was too naive and trusting in leadership to realize.
Honestly, EY was behind in areas hence the very painful catch-up happening right now.
