Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!

As a neurodivergent professional one thing I’ve never figured out is how to leverage your network to get a job. Specifically, jobs that aren’t publicized widely. Do you straight up just ask?
