I am offered 15L fixed in Accenture global strategy and consulting ACN which is very less considering I come from big 4 where I will be missing out my bonus if I join Accenture now.
Also they are offering level 11 (analyst)- Is is not correct to ask for Consultant designation ?

Has anyone ever had to deal with a situation where the main product of the company has been built in a way that makes it very tough to scale, adapt to new use cases and add new features? A number of employees across different teams are looking to make the case that we should consider remaking a second, leaner version of it that can allow us to be more flexible and competitive with the growing number of cheaper alts.
