Don’t expect much
Probably something like 10% for average this year due to bonus pool doubling
Expect single digits. I think a senior manager with an "exceeds expectations" rating would get 12-16% based on projections of the future bonus payouts. But that's based on a double bonus pool that is tilted in favor of people with exceeds ratings. If you are a lower level, and only a meets rating, 3-6% is more likely.
Yeah they’ve changed the whole bonus structure so none of us are sure how it will pay out. Ask us again in August! (Thats when salary increases / payouts hit us)
How about the WLB? Gonna be working 60 hour weeks and focused on internal initiatives too? I know there is plenty of variability in responses.
Absolutely not. I think that’s the one thing we can say across the board that WLB at GT is good. People really respect boundaries. There is an emphasis on being involved with internal initiatives - but that could be BRGs (business resource groups) OR account teams OR solutions etc. There’s not an emphasis on doing all of the above, just picking ones you care about most
