Any informatics nurses on here that would be willing to share salary? I have my MSN with a focus in informatics. Trying to get my board certification in the next couple months. Curious to know what other things I could do to make myself more marketable/increase my pay. I’ve considered a data analytics certification and/or a PMP. I can see a DNP possibly in my future but waiting until my kids are older. Any other advice?

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago.
