What part of Arup? They're better known for built environment type engineering consulting and foresight type work, not general management consulting.
They have a growing consulting practice and lots of talented employees, many interesting projects. The culture is great and they have a very good benefits package in the US, although comp will probably be lower than elsewhere even with the profit sharing
Technical/commercial in different infrastructure segments for private or public clients. From what I heard it really depends on the office location (what skillsets are available etc)
