I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

I have an offer from EY. They rejected my counter offer for a higher salary but accepted my counteroffer for a higher sign on bonus. They gave me a few more days to think about the new offer. I want to know how likely would they be willing to renegotiate if I tell them I still want something closer to my original counter offer.

Hello! I have been a Pharmacy Technician for about 9 years now and I need to move on. My salary is in the mid 50s which is considered high for this role, so there is little opportunity to advance with this title. I have a BS in Biology and MS in Health Systems Management, but have struggled to land something else that I'd like to do in healthcare/pharmacy that pays better. Any suggestions??

If someone has already posted your card, just post your ref link as a reply.

I have moderate-conservative views. My team, 6 other people, are all very left-leaning. Politics isn't usually discussed outright, but the liberal views frequently seep into our meetings. It's uncomfortable for me; I can't chime in when they talk about media, covid, news, etc. because I don't agree with their snuck premises. I get along with all of them and I don't think they realize I'm basically a closet conservative. Anyone else feel like a total outsider on their team?

Both are similar offers, 20% bumps. KPMG has slightly more PTO and EOY bonuses, but Xerox had a nice signing bonus and slightly higher base salary. WDID??
