Any interview tips for RBC client advisor role?

Best ways to improve leadership skills? Trying to build up the skill set for a PM role and I have next to no manager/leadership experience. What are the do's and don'ts of leading a product team, (or any team) and the traits you'd most want to see or have as a leader?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

Looking for ideas on where to start the search for a Salesforce Consultant Role/SA or something similar as an expat in countries like UAE, Oman, etc. Potentially even Singapore or Australia. Where should I begin to look to apply?

Sharks, I need some advice. Currently working with VMware and recently given an interview in Koch for Bangalore location. All my tech and manager rounds are clear and today I got a call from the recruiter that coming Monday I need to be in a discussion with their HR manager for salary discussion. Need advice from you about how much raise I should ask for which is fine with Koch ?

What's the market for mid-level UX designers (3-5 years YoE) in Austin, TX? I'm thinking about my next role and wondering what TC I should be asking for.

I got an offer at Meta as a 3-mo contingent CSM that pays 2x what I make now.

Two pros: 1) Making the jump from a non-tech agency role to FAANG can be tough, so this is a great oppo in that aspect.
2) I'm living in SF on a non-tech salary, so the pay increase would be incredible.

It’s possible I could move into a similar role @ Meta once this expires, but to be safe, I'd need to start the job hunt again asap.

Thoughts on the pivot & how valuable a short-stint at Meta is for future job hunt?

Any input on job offerings I’ve received. Morgan Stanley CRU risk officer pay is $70k with a less than 10% bonus. And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Hi all! I work at a nonprofit and am looking to leave the organization. As I browse available positions in my area, I’m realizing there is a LOT of crossover between my current org and others, for example shared board members, folks who are on our board and employed at one of the institutions I’m interested in, etc.. I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes?
