My current company is going out of business next week. I am rushing to get my next job lined up (probably won’t happen in time but I’m trying my best). My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? Please share your thoughts and wisdom! Thanks!

I finally was able to convince my principal that we need a consistent math intervention at the MS level (grades 5-8). (Right now, we are just "doing our own thing," which isn't helping students progress much.) Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be beneficial to have some sort of progress monitoring tool as part of the program, if possible. Our classes run roughly 55 minutes (which is too long for an intervention, in my humble opinion).

I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?
