Any narratives and insights on RPA’s role in GxP? Are clients using RPA in building GxP systems?

I recently started (5/mo ago) at a new agency and everything is a 180 from my last role and I’m honestly getting discouraged. Everything from pitching style and media approach to the types of clients (I was told in the interview process I was going to be working with some clients but that has totally shifted) and I feel like my experience and expertise is both not valued and ideas shot-down at every turn. How can I turn this experience around?

People who are in a position to make hiring decisions (as in you’re the one saying let’s hire person X), how often do you select someone based on potential vs actually qualified? What’s that story? From my experience and of what I’ve seen, if you don’t have certain X amount of years, you’re pretty much out of the running, no matter how great potentially you could be - even if you already have the experience, just not that much years.
