I have a virtual interview tomorrow through Teams - 1) what is appropriate to wear for a video interview? Should I treat it as an in person and wear a blazer? 2) I’ve used teams plenty on my work computer but never on my personal computer/through my personal email - any ideas on how to make sure it works? I have a few questions for people in consulting roles (both external/internal).

My partner is in corporate banking, but he wants to switch to a consulting/strategy-based role. I noticed people with those jobs typically have an MBA, and also majority of the job ads in similar roles has MBA as either a requirement or preferred qualification. So:

1) does MBA actually improve someone's chance in getting those roles?
2) are there any good Canadian MBA programs you'd recommend?
