Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. I'm in monaqo since 5yrs, I just got promoted with 52% hike from 12.5LPA to 19LPA(18Fix,1V) and increased NP to 90D from 45D. Every year I get hike betwn 20-25%.
Now got offer from freshmenu(product based) giving only 25% hike(24Fix,0V) but ready to wait 90D NP. They are saying - I already got good hike, no budget, your NP is high and we are considering only fixed part.
So in dilemma to stay for yearly hike or to leave because of 90D NP which will make difficult to get another job
