Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

S&P Global Anyone here work at S&P Global? I’m a project manager who has been with the company for a few years. My position has changed at review time the last few years, so I’ve never gone through the raise process. What percentages have you seen with the company? I’m feeling a bit overworked at this point and don’t want to have my expectations higher than what is reasonable, but also feel like I’ll need a large-ish chunk of cash to feel better about how much I’m working. Congrats! Definitely like the certifications piece, although the key factor imo will be the previous projects you’ve worked on personally or in work. For either showing how you fit everything into a project format and executed on it will be extremely helpful. I’d also prep for common questions like ‘what do you do if there’s a disagreement between stakeholders’ and that sort of thing. Best of luck, and let us know how it goes!
For sure. I knew the certs alone probably wouldn’t be enough so I’m compiling lists of examples of projects I did at work, and doing some personal projects where I go through the life cycle within the project to gain more experience etc. I appreciate the knowledge and tips, thank you!
CAPM should help. Personally I like having a certification from PMI just to because they are kind of the standard of the practice.
Hi! Looking to do the same here, how did you find the Google Certificate program?
I’ve taken a foundational project management course at a university but have not been able to continue to a certificate.
