Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

I'm more lonely when I'm home too D2. Go home PwC1, you're drunk.
Yes, and more when I'm home.
Don't give up OP. Do everything in your power to connect again with your partner, your companion who you chose once upon a time.
Go through the dreaded thought of therapy. Do whatever it takes to not have regrets later. If you give up too soon or stay unhappy you'll wonder in the future what you could have done differently. Do it now, do it today so you don't have to feel the guilt in the future. Beyond that, if you truly feel like you did it all and you're ready to walk, then walk.. And find your happy again.
Minus the he'll. He'll yeah.
Thanks all. It does help hearing I'm not the only one.
Maybe see a marriage counselor or a personal counselor of some sort. Preventative medicine is often the best kind.
Thank you D7. We are trying to work on reconnecting.
Yep
I'm giving myself a year & then committing to being home. I'm a female so I guess us women have other things we need to prioritize in addition to making our relationships work.
Loneliness in marriage - not a good sign. It shows that you aren't connecting with your partner anymore other than on superficial topics like vacation , drinks etc. meet a counselor and see if that helps and may b carve out time for both of you instead of spending time on social media or office work.
D4 is right. Put in all efforts to make it work. It requires tonnes of patience and effort because you may falter initially. Hang in there and then make a call
I was thinking the same last night. Both my husband and I have been working crazy hours. I'm still figuring out how to navigate it, but we try to have one time each week where we spend time with each other. A structured date could be good during a time like this. Also, maybe reach out to friends too if you are feeling lonely. I second everyone's advice for therapy, both individual and couple. 💚
Not married but I'm a 🦄 and if your wife is hot I'll try to he'll save your marriage 😂

Single here, but i thought spending time away from the spouse makes you miss them more?
This is terrifying. What makes the people here so unhappy?
OP do you feel like maybe your SO seems distant and disconnected as a coping mechanism for all the time you're spending away traveling? That is my biggest fear. That one day my SO will just be so internally upset with me that it won't matter when I'm home. And that can get lonely for both.
I'm a woman too. I have no idea why I'm unhappy. I think there is something wrong with me.
I was. Just ended it after a long time of loneliness.
